A booking is confirmed once we have received the deposit stated in your written quotation. Payment terms and the balance due date are set out in that quotation.
Cancellation and refund conditions are provided with every quotation, because they depend on the lodges, permits and services reserved for your trip.
Travellers are responsible for valid passports, visas, health requirements and adequate travel insurance for the duration of the trip.
Wildlife, weather and road conditions can change plans. Where a change is needed we will offer the closest suitable alternative.
